On December 31st, I shared the amazing blog anniversary post. It was pretty exciting to share my huge annual recap of how my blog has evolved. Blogging is much more than having a website. It requires time and dedication to the point where it can be an extra source of income or the main source of income for many others.

Being a blogger means that you are a content creators, a photographer, and social media manager; so it is worth celebrating your accomplishments. On today’s blog, I put together some examples on how to celebrate your blog anniversary.

Here’s how you can share your blog’s year in review

1. Share your brand/blog history.

It is a great way to let your viewers/readers know how it all started. If you already have a page about the history of your brand you can always out the link with your post. Also, share a quick review of the previous year. The anniversary of your blog is a good way of sharing what worked or not over the past year.

2. Share the best thing that happened to your brand.

Imagine all the ups and downs, the lost and the wins that occur during the year; then share your best win. In addition, if you can teach others on how you get to this point; it that will be such a great way to monetize your specialties. You can either create a pdf or video with all the details.

3. Show gratitude to your readers and collaborators.

You don’t have a brand, blog or business if you don’t have readers or customers. In that case, it is important to shine your blog’s spotlight on professional fellow bloggers, guest writers, business partners and readers who have made it all possible to have an amazing year by featuring them on your blog review post.

 4. Give your blog an anniversary makeover

Throughout the year, you know how your website has been working and what needs to be changed; therefore use that moment to give your website a makeover. Things like blog’s appearance, online checkout process, images or anything you feel like that need to be changed. I personally did some minor change on my website but it came out way better than my first launch.

5. Last, You can debut a new product or service for the upcoming year.

What more exciting than launching a service on your brand or blog anniversary day? If you are aware of your viewers and customers needs, then you know exactly what you need to offer or expand an existing deal.

Hope you find these examples helpful.
