In The Kitchen Making Style Japanese Pancakes
Have you been eating American Pancakes for a while now? Wait until you try the Japanese ones. They are fluffier, taller and bigger.
I saw a picture of a tall pancake on my Facebook timeline titled ” Things to try in Japan”. Well I would love to go to Japan but I’ ll be enjoying my pancake right here in my American kitchen for now. I tried to locate any local Japanese restaurant and only one has it; however the store hours and my work schedule always interfere. So, I’ve been wanting to make them at home ever since.
I am no chef but I love trying new recipes. In term of ingredients, they’re very similar to the American Pancakes , but taller and softer in texture. In addition, some people may choose do it from scratch, some with any regular pancake mix or the actual Japanese mix. Enjoy…Continue reading
Couple months ago, I made Philadelphia my home and Oh Boy I am still adjusting. To my surprise, it was still snowing first week of Spring and I fell quite a few times on the icy snow.
