Three Valentine’s Day Dates You Need to Try

Three Valentine’s Day Dates You Need to Try

Valentine’s day is quickly approaching and I am certain that somebody is planning something!!! I am also certain that many people run out of ideas and will probably do the same thing over and over, “chocolate and flowers”. Don’t get me wrong, most people love flowers but you need to change the game a little bit. Even though, I am still debating on what I want to do, I want to share three meaningful date ideas that I have in mind.

First of all,  let’s talk about an outdoor date. Not the typical idea of going out and see a lot of people, but having a special moment with your significant other.  For instance, canoeing is such a great way to spend quality time with each other and the rental can be between $20-60. It also depends on where you live. Take an afternoon, bring some food, wine, blanket and get adventurous. Dock your boat on the side while watching hundred of fish swimming below your feet.

Additionally, get creative and have fun at a pottery class for two. Check with your local art shop or pottery studio in your city to find ways to bond with your sweetheart. They usually post their schedules a whole month ahead; so,  go throw some clay on the wheel, listen to music and get dirty while having fun doing your little project. Explore something different together and make some unexpected memories.

Lastly, let’s say that you don’t want to be around a lot of people or it’s too cold to camp outside, why not bring the fun inside? Create a loving atmosphere by helping each other early in the day with various house shores. Then without tiring yourselves,  have a romantic date night for two right in your patio beats the long waiting line at any restaurant. If you want to surprise your partner, get a food service to prepare your meal while y’all getting dressed and being pretty for the night. The dinner can also be planned together. Just the two of you, enjoy your companionship and your dinner like it was your first fall in love date. Collect moments, not things❤.

  4. Yeah that was true. Roses are a bit too pricey for just a single day celebration. Plus it just last for days. Make something different. Find ways to make that day more unforgettable.

  6. A pottery class for two seems sweet because your hands are on top of each others for a lot of it; especially if you are helping each other finish the art you craft. I have never been canoing. Sounds interesting.
